There is an emergency phone number in Russia. Just dial 112 from your mobile phone. The call will be made even if there is no money on the phone or no SIM card inserted.

The service has a linguistic support group. If the operator hears that you are speaking a language other than Russian, they will automatically switch you to this group. By calling 112, you can call the police, ambulance, firefighters, rescuers, gas service.
